Do you want to build leadership skills and help the people we serve at WISEPlace?
You can become a Volunteer Team Leader for Saturday Workshops at WISEPlace today! Further develop your leadership and interpersonal communication skills when you lead a team of other volunteers through weekly Saturday workshops to build skills in finance, employment, mental well-being, and more! This volunteer opportunity will involve:
- Gathering and setting up all relevant workshop materials
- Greeting and signing in other volunteers and the workshop attendees
- Taking social media-ready photos of Workshop Leaders, other volunteers, and participants (with permission)
- Completing all post-workshop tasks (reporting participant attendance and feedback to the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, and uploading pictures for each workshop)
- Locking everything up after the workshops end for the day
