Do you love to cook or want to donate healthy purchased meals to make a big impact for those we serve at WISEPlace?
You can become a WISEPlace Meal Provider and prepare or purchase 5 MEALS for delivery! This volunteer opportunity includes:
- Cooking or purchasing nutritious meals for a WISEPlace shelter, including:
- Protein (beef, chicken, pork, eggs or beans)
- Carbohydrates (rice, bread, pasta)
- Vegetables (raw, steamed, or sauteed)
- Water (16.9 fl oz water bottles)
- Transporting the home-cooked or ready-to-eat meals to a WISEPlace shelter
- Helping us succeed in providing those we serve with the WISEPlace Way!

As well as dates and times that will work in the next few weeks for a 30-minute Volunteer Orientation, and wait for an Outlook calendar invite to confirm your status as a WISEPlace Meal Provider.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: There are additional prerequisite requirements for meal providers, so onboarding for a new Meal Provider may take up to 2-3 weeks. Once you've been fully onboarded and you are signed up for a meal provider slot, you will receive a calendar invite with more information.
